How will we communicate?
After our kickoff call, we will centralize all communication to one shared project board and linked Google Drive. You can send your comments & feedback directly there and add anyone else from your team.
This is where you’ll find everything you can expect from us as well as what we’ll need from you.
What will I receive from Phregly?
Phregly will provide your custom sounds &/or music in high-quality WAV format, as well as MP3.
How long does it take?
Our turnarounds are on a “business day” basis and you’ll generally receive a first pass in under a week (depending on which package you choose). As long as you can provide feedback within 1 to 2 business days, we’re usually able to complete projects in 2 – 3 weeks, or less. That said, if you need more time, it’s no problem!
How does payment work?
You’ll pay a 70% deposit upfront to reserve our time, and the remaining 30% will be charged upon final approval.
Do you offer refunds?
Given that we’ll be creating high-quality, custom designs tailored specifically for your business, the deposit is not refundable, as it covers the time we spend creating these custom sounds for you.
